Terms of Use
Last updated: July 28, 2026. By using Solitaire.online you agree to these terms. They are short and written in plain English — please read them.
Use of the Site
Solitaire.online is free for personal, non-commercial use. You may play the games in any modern browser on any of your devices. You agree not to disrupt the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its infrastructure, or use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download its content.
Intellectual Property
The site's design, text, code and game implementations are owned by Solitaire.online or its licensors. The playing-card artwork is used under a commercial license. The rules of Solitaire itself are, of course, public domain — only our particular expression of them is protected.
No Warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep it fast, correct and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any locally stored data (such as statistics or streaks) will never be lost.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solitaire.online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. The site is a free entertainment service; your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions are welcome at hello@solitaire.online.
